E. Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with CASC\nEngineering and Consulting Inc. for NPDES Program Consulting\nServices\nCathedral City Page 2\nRecommendation: For the City Council to approve Amendment No. 1 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with CASC Engineering\nand Consulting, Inc., increasing the term of the agreement\nfor an additional seventeen (17) months for consulting\nservices provided to comply with the National Pollutant\nDischarge Elimination System (NPDES) Program\nrequirements; and, authorize the City Engineer to issue Task\nOrders as needed to complete the NPDES Program\nrequirements within existing approved FY 2023-2024 and FY\n2024-2025 budget limits; and, authorize the City Manager to\nexecute Amendment No. 1.
