APPROVAL TO SUBMIT APPLICATION FOR THE CALIFORNIA INTERAGENCY COUNCIL ON\nHOMELESSNESS (CAL ICH) ENCAMPMENT RESOLUTION FUNDING PROGRAM ROUND 3, ROLLING\nAPPLICATION (ERF-3-R)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve submission of a grant proposal for the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the California\nInteragency Council on Homelessness Encampment Resolution Funding Program, Round 3, Rolling\nApplication (ERF-3-R); and\n2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
