11. AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4174 FOR GOLF COURSE MANAGEMENT AND\nMAINTENANCE SERVICES (RFP NO. 24-1) TO TROON GOLF\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4174 to Troon Golf for an amount not to exceed One Million\nNine Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Eight Dollars ($1,946,478) for the initial year\nof a five-year (5-year) term for Golf Course Management, Maintenance and Operation Services at the\nMontebello Golf Course; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to take actions necessary to execute and finalize an agreement on behalf of\nthe City of Montebello; and\n3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2023-24 budget by increasing appropriations by a total of $1,946,478 in Account\nNo. 610-99-6040.10; and\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.

Waive the Second and Adopt Ordinance No. 2473 amending Chapter 2.44 “Traffic and Safety\nCommission” of the Montebello Municipal Code to update and define the roles, duties, and responsibilities\nof commission members; and\n2.
