12. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 24-07 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES (OES) EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER (EOC) GRANT PROGRAM AGREEMENT RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-07 authorizing the City Manager to execute the California Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) Fiscal Year 2023 Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Grant Program Application; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
