10. AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP 24-10) FOR MASTER PLAN AND DESIGN OF PARK AT THE MONTEBELLO MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize staff to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP 24-10) for Master Plan and Design of a Park at the Montebello Municipal Golf Course; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
