WAIVE THE SECOND READING AND ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 2473 AMENDING CHAPTER 2.44 “TRAFFIC\nAND SAFETY COMMISSION” OF THE MONTEBELLO MUNICIPAL CODE TO UPDATE AND DEFINE THE\nROLES, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF COMMISSION MEMBERS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Waive the Second and Adopt Ordinance No. 2473 amending Chapter 2.44 “Traffic and Safety\nCommission” of the Montebello Municipal Code to update and define the roles, duties, and responsibilities\nof commission members; and\n2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
