17. AWARD A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR ADMINISTRATION OF HOME/CDBG\nPROGRAMS (RFP NO. 24-4)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award a Professional Services Agreement to Advanced AVANT-GARDE Corporation (“Avant Garde”) in\nan amount not-to-exceed $276,760 over the course of a two (2) year term for Professional Support\nServices for the Administration of HOME/CDBG Programs; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the proposed Professional Services Agreement with Advanced\nAVANT-GARDE Corporation; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
