Funding for AT&T Design and District Boundary Map for the Pacific Avenue –\nPhase II UUD and Providing Updates and Options for Council’s Consideration\nfor the Glenmont/Mar Vista/Marview UUD and the Nardo/Granados/Rios UUD.\n(File 1010-90)\nRecommendation: That the City Council\n1. Adopt Resolution 2024-005:\na. Authorizing payment of $45,360 from the CIP Fund - Engineering Design Account\n4596510.66600 to AT&T for design work for the Pacific Avenue – Phase II Utility\nUnderground District.\nb. Approving the District Boundary Map for the Pacific Avenue – Phase II UUD\nsubject to final voting approval from the District property owners as outlined in the\n“Steps to Forming a Private Residential Utility Underground District” brochure.\nc. Authorizing the City Treasurer to amend the FY 2023/24 & 2024/25 Adopted\nBudget accordingly.\n2. Adopt Resolution 2024-006:\na. Authorizing payment of $50,000 to $60,000 from the CIP Fund - Engineering\nDesign Account 4596510.66600 to SDG&E for the redesign of the Glenmont/Mar\nVista/Marview Utility Underground District.\nb. Authorizing the City Treasurer to amend the FY 2023/24 & 2024/25 Adopted\nBudget accordingly.\n3. Adopt Resolution 2024-007:\na. Authorizing payment of $57,861 from the CIP Fund - Engineering Design Account\n4596510.66600 to SDG&E for the redesign of the Nardo/Granados/Rios Utility\nUnderground District.\nb. Authorizing the City Treasurer to amend the FY 2023/24 & 2024/25 Adopted\nBudget accordingly.\n4. Adopt Resolution 2024-012:\na. Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Professional\nServices Agreement with NV5, Inc. for assessment engineering services in the\namount of $40,000 for the Glenmont/Mar Vista/Marview Utility Underground\nDistrict and $48,000 for the Nardo/Granados/Rios Utility Underground District to\nbe charged to CIP Fund - Engineering Design Account 4596510.66600.\nb. Authorizing the City Treasurer to amend the FY 2023/24 & 2024/25 Adopted\nBudget accordingly.\nItem C.3.
