10. City Council: Approval of Amendment 1 to the Property Lease Agreement and Amendment 1 to the\nAmended and Restated Integrated Fire Department Air Ambulance Agreement with Reach Air\nMedical Services, LLC, extending the terms of the agreements for a period of five years from\nSeptember 1, 2023 to August 31, 2028 with a combined total maximum revenue of up to\n$1,135,740 during the five-year term for use of a portion of the City property located at 110 Jones\nRoad and operation of emergency air medical transportation services; and authorization for the\nCity Manager to execute the amendments upon receipt of all supporting documents.
