Approve Contract Services Agreement No. 23P380 with\nMuniServices, LLC, to provide Sales and Use Tax Audit Services\nfor a five-year term in an amount not to exceed $290,055\nbeginning February 1, 2024, through January 31, 2029; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary\ndocuments.
