APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MWH CONSTRUCTORS, INC.\n(A9141), A DELAWARE CORPORATION, IN THE AMOUNT OF\n$274,567 FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT\n(WWTP) DIGESTER NO. 2 GAS FLARE AND FILTRATE PUMP\nSTATION, CITY PROJECTS 20-25 AND 21-07\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 in the amount of $274,567 to PSA\nNo. A9141, for a new not-to-exceed amount of $1,537,927.14\nwith MWH Constructors, Inc. for the WWTP Digester No. 2 and\nFiltrate Pump Station, City Projects No. 20-25 and 21-07\n(Project); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary\ndocuments.
