E. APPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 24P007\nWITH IMPRENTA FOR ON-CALL SPANISH LANGUAGE DIGITAL\nMARKETING SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement No. 24P007 with\nImprenta Communications Group, Inc. to provide on-call\nSpanish language digital marketing, website and social media\nsupport services in an amount not to exceed $250,000 for a\nthree-year term with two one-year extension options at the\nCity’s sole discretion, beginning January 29, 2024, through\nJanuary 28, 2027.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all\nnecessary documents.
