Authorize the Public Works Director the ability to execute a one-time approval\nauthority of a contract amendment to PBK Architects, Inc. up to $15,000 as\nneeded;\n3. Accept the proposal from and award a contract to Consolidated Contracting\nServices Inc. for value engineering services for Fire Station 1 in the amount of\n$38,130.\n4. Authorize the Public Works Director the ability to execute a one-time approval\nauthority of a contract amendment to Consolidated Contracting Services Inc. up to\n$6,870 as needed.
