Accept a fee proposal from Interwest Consulting Group, Inc. for Project inspection services,\nand authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order in the amount of $11,880; and,\n3. Approve Amendment No. 5 to the Interwest Consulting Group, Inc. As-Needed On-Call\nInspection Services Contract in the amount of $11,880.

Accept the cost proposals and award a contract to PBK Architects, Inc. for\npreliminary architectural and concept design Services for Fire Station 1 in the\namount of $115,000;\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director the ability to execute a one-time approval\nauthority of a contract amendment to PBK Architects, Inc. up to $15,000 as\nneeded;\n3. Accept the proposal from and award a contract to Consolidated Contracting\nServices Inc. for value engineering services for Fire Station 1 in the amount of\n$38,130.\n4. Authorize the Public Works Director the ability to execute a one-time approval\nauthority of a contract amendment to Consolidated Contracting Services Inc. up to\n$6,870 as needed.
