Accept the bids and award a contract to Resource Environmental, Inc. for Demolition\nServices of SPEC Building Project in the amount of $167,000;\n2. Accept a fee proposal from Interwest Consulting Group, Inc. for Project inspection services,\nand authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order in the amount of $11,880; and,\n3. Approve Amendment No. 5 to the Interwest Consulting Group, Inc. As-Needed On-Call\nInspection Services Contract in the amount of $11,880.
