7) DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION TO AWARD A MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT TO FLOCK\nSAFETY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF FIXED AUTOMATED LICENSE PLATE READERS\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a three-year Master Services Agreement (Contract No. 2213) to Flock Safety for\nthe installation and maintenance of 37 Fixed Automated License Plate Readers through\nInsight/OMNIA Partners, a cooperative purchasing program; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to make non-substantive changes and execute all related\ndocuments.
