Accept the improvements as constructed by American Asphalt South, Inc., and consider\nthe work completed;\nb. Authorize the issuance and filing of a “Notice of Completion” with the Los Angeles County\nOffice of the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk; and\nc. 7) DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION TO AWARD A MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT TO FLOCK\nSAFETY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF FIXED AUTOMATED LICENSE PLATE READERS\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a three-year Master Services Agreement (Contract No. 2213) to Flock Safety for\nthe installation and maintenance of 37 Fixed Automated License Plate Readers through\nInsight/OMNIA Partners, a cooperative purchasing program; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to make non-substantive changes and execute all related\ndocuments.

8) DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE THE DESIGN FOR THE PIONEER PARK\nPLAYGROUND RENOVATION PROJECT\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve the final design for the Pioneer Park Playground Renovation Project;\nb. Approve a first amendment to the Contract Services Agreement with Great Western\nRecreation (Contract No. 2196(a)) to increase the not to exceed amount that includes any\nadditional cost for the selected playground design option and extend the contract term\nthrough June 30, 2024; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager to make non-substantive changes and execute all related\ndocuments.
