10) CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING “GUIDELINES FOR BOARDS,\nCOMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES HANDBOOK”\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Adopt Resolution No. 8260, establishing and approving the City of San Fernando’s\n“Guidelines for Boards, Commissions and Committees Handbook”;\nb. Authorize the City Manager to make non-substantive changes, as appropriate;\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to take certain related actions to develop,\nimplement and facilitate an in-house Commissioners training program; and\nd. Provide staff with direction, as applicable.
