11. SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH INTERWEST\nCONSULTING GROUP, INC. FOR BUILDING AND SAFETY SERVICES\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve the Second Amendment to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Interwest Consulting Group, Inc.\n(“Interwest”) contract for Building and Safety Services to extend the term an\nadditional year, update hourly billing rates and service processes under the\nagreement, and increase total compensation in the amount of $500,000 for\na total not-to-exceed compensation amount of $6,340,000. 2. Authorize the\nMayor to sign, and the City Clerk to attest, the Second Amendment to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Interwest, substantially in the form\nattached.
