SAFRIET, L.\nLANGER]:\nThe City Council will consider adopting a\nresolution updating the expense\nreimbursement policy to include guidance\nrelated to international travel applicable to\nelected and appointed officials of the City in\ncompliance with Government Code Sections\n53232.2 and 53232.3.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Adopt Resolution\nNo. 24-_______ A RESOLUTION OF THE\nCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD UPDATING THE CITY'S\nPUBLIC OFFICIALS EXPENSE\nREIMBURSEMENT POLICY, including one of\nthe alternatives related to international travel;\n2) Select Alternative A or Alternative B related\nto reimbursement for international travel:\nAlternative A: Public Officials will be\nreimbursed for all business-related\ntransportation, lodging, and meals and\nincidental expenses, Alternative B: Public\nOfficials will be reimbursed for all business-\nrelated transportation, lodging, and meals and\nincidental expenses, except airfare.
