Consideration of a Project Labor Agreement by and Between the City of Pomona and the\nLos Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council and the\nSignatory Craft Councils and Unions\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider directing Staff to meet and confer with\nthe Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council and bring a\ndraft Project Labor Agreement template as well as an implementation strategy for the\nCouncil's consideration, within the next 90 days.
