2. Adoption of a Resolution Receiving a Grant Award of $300,000 from The California\nNatural Resources Agency and Amending the FY 2023-24 Operating Budget By\nIncreasing Revenue Estimates and Appropriating $300,000 in Awarded Grant Funds\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2024-01 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, RECEIVING A GRANT AWARD OF $300,000\nFROM CALIFORNIA NATURAL RESOURCES AGENCY AND AMENDING THE FY\n2023-24 OPERATING BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES AND\nAPPROPRIATING THE $300,000 IN AWARDED GRANT FUNDS\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute an agreement and any\nsubsequent amendments subject to review by the City Attorney.
