7) CONSIDERATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR CITYWIDE PEDESTRIAN & VEHICLE\nTRAFFIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS FY 22-23 - PROJECT NO. 23027\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Accept the work performed by Superior Pavement Markings, Inc. for the Citywide\nPedestrian and Vehicle Safety Improvements FY 22-23 (Project No. 23027) with a final\ncontract amount of $254,347.87;\n2. Authorize the Acting City Manager and Assistant City Clerk to execute the Notice of\nCompletion and file the Notice of Completion with the County of Los Angeles\nRegistrar-Recorder; and\n3. Authorize the Acting City Manager to release a retention funds once appropriate.\nFINANCE DEPARTMENT
