AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR TRABUCO ROAD & LAKE\nFOREST DRIVE REHABILITATION, ASCENSION MEDIAN\nIMPROVEMENTS, TRABUCO TRAIL REHABILITATION (PW 24S03, PW\n23S05A AND PW 24P16)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve contract documents for construction\nof Trabuco Road and Lake Forest Drive Rehabilitation (PW 23S05A),\nAscension Median Improvements (PW 24S03) and Trabuco Trail\nRehabilitation (PW24P16). 2. Adopt a Resolution entitled: A RESOLUTION\nOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE FOREST, CALIFORNIA,\nAMENDING THE 2023-2030 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN;\nAMENDING APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-24. 3. Award a\ncontract in the amount of $4,668,668 to All American Asphalt, Inc. 4. Reject\nall other bids received and authorize return of the bid bonds upon receipt of\nthe executed contract documents from All American Asphalt, Inc. 5.\nAuthorize the Mayor to sign, and the City Clerk to attest the contract with All\nAmerican Asphalt, Inc.
