CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF FACILITY RENTAL PERMIT AND FEE\nWAIVER REQUEST BY GENERAL FEDERATION OF WOMEN’S CLUB OF\nHUNTINGTON PARK’S FOR THE INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S MONTH &\nSCHOLARSHIP LUNCHEON\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Approve the Facility Rental Permit for the General Federation of Women’s Club\nof Huntington Parks for the International Women’s Month event on March 11,\n2023 and the Scholarship Luncheon on June 24, 2023; and\n2. Consider approving the Parks and Recreation Commission recommendation on\nthe fee waiver and;
