DISCUSSION OF ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3-5E-10 OF THE\nTEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO PERMIT THE CITY TO TEMPORARILY\nEXCLUDE PARKGOERS WHO VIOLATE ITS LAWS\nThe City Council is requested to approve the proposed revisions to the Temple\nCity Municipal Code (TCMC) to provide additional protection for City staff and park\npatrons.\nPresenter: City Manager and City Attorney\nRecommendation:\n1. Introduce and waive first reading of Ordinance No. 24-1074 amending the\nTemple City Municipal Code to permit the City to temporarily exclude\nparkgoers who violate applicable laws; and\n2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
