DISCUSSION OF ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL\nCODE PERTAINING TO IMPROVE PUBLIC SAFETY\nThe City Council is requested to approve the proposed revisions to the Temple City\nMunicipal Code (TCMC) to serve as a compassionate response to the quality of life\nissues that are affecting the entire San Gabriel Valley.\nPresenter: City Manager and City Attorney\nRecommendation:\n1. Introduce and waive first reading of an Ordinance amending the Temple City\nMunicipal Code to improve public safety; and\n2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.

Introduce and waive first reading of Ordinance No. 24-1074 amending the\nTemple City Municipal Code to permit the City to temporarily exclude\nparkgoers who violate applicable laws; and\n2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
