B. DISCUSSION OF ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3-5E-10 OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO PERMIT THE CITY TO TEMPORARILY EXCLUDE PARKGOERS WHO VIOLATE ITS LAWS The City Council is requested to approve the proposed revisions to the Temple City Municipal Code (TCMC) to provide additional protection for City staff and park patrons. Presenter: City Manager and City Attorney Recommendation: 1. Introduce and waive first reading of Ordinance No. 24-1074 amending the Temple City Municipal Code to permit the City to temporarily exclude parkgoers who violate applicable laws; and 2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
