AUDIT REPORTS FOR PROPOSITION A, PROPOSITION C, MEASURE R, MEASURE M AND TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT ARTICLE 3 FOR FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2022-23 At the conclusion of an independent audit, the City was found to be in compliance with the requirements of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s (LACMTA) Funding and Allocation Guidelines. Recommendation: Receive and file FY 2022-23 Proposition A, Proposition C, Measure R, Measure M and Transportation Development Act Article 3 Audit Reports.
