A MODIFICATION TO THE EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ONTARIO AND\nNATIONAL RAILROAD PASSENGER CORPORATION\nThat the City Council approve a Modification to Easement Agreement No. 2 between the City of\nOntario and National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) and authorize the City Manager\nto execute the Agreement and all other related documents.
