13. THREE AMENDMENTS TO THE SERVICE AGREEMENTS FOR ONTARIO MUNICIPAL SERVICES\nCENTER MODULAR OFFICES\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Approve and authorize the City Manager, or designee to execute Amendment No. 2 to\nthe Goods and Services Agreement (on file in the Records Management Department)\nwith Williams Scotsman Inc. of Baltimore, Maryland, for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$28,727 and a term from May 18, 2021, to August 7, 2023, for modifications to the\nexisting Ontario Municipal Service Center (OMSC) modular buildings.\nB. Approve and authorize the City Manager, or designee to execute Amendment No. 1 to\nthe Maintenance Service Agreement (on file in the Records Management Department)\nwith G.M. Sager Construction Company Inc. of Pomona, California, for a total not-to-\nexceed amount of $128,058 and a term from September 6, 2022, to June 30, 2027, for\nthe modification and reconfiguration of the OMSC parking lot.\nC. Approve and authorize the City Manager, or designee to execute Amendment No. 5 to\nthe Maintenance Service Agreement (on file in the Records Management Department)\nwith Bay Alarm Co. of Concord, California, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $37,496\nand a term from July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2025, for the OMSC security system installation.
