A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE 2022 SPRING ALLEY CDBG PAVEMENT\nREHABILITATION PROJECT\nThat the City Council award a construction contract (on file in the Records Management\nDepartment) with Wheeler Paving, Inc. of Riverside, California, for the 2022 Spring Alley CDBG\nPavement Rehabilitation Project (Project) in the amount of $977,805; and authorize the City\nManager, or his designee, to execute said contract and all related documents and file a notice\nof completion at the conclusion of all construction activities.\nATTACHMENT: Exhibit A - Project Location Map
