CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE\nAUTHORITY TO FILE APPLICATION(S) FOR THE LOCAL ASSISTANCE\nSPECIFIED GRANTS PROGRAM FROM BUDGET ACT 2023/24 FROM THE\nSTATE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Adopt Resolution approving the authority to file applications for grant funds from\nthe Local Assistance Specified Grants Program from Budget Act 2023/24 from\nthe State Department of Parks and Recreation; and\n2.
