Adoption of Resolution No. 8547, amending Resolution No. 8331 and rescinding Resolution No.\n8496, to approve the First Amendment to the Agreement with P & S Truck Center for heavy-duty truck\nrepair parts, increasing the total compensation to an amount not-to-exceed $147,854; and a Second\nAmendment to the Agreement with Ken Grody Ford for Ford Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)\nparts and repair services, increasing the total compensation to an amount not-to-exceed $524,242\nand make the determination that adoption is exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section\n15061 (b)(3) of the State's guidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality Act\nGuidelines (Facilities and Community Services Director Crocker)
