Approve a Cooperative Agreement with the San Bernardino County Flood Control District; and a\nSecond Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with CASC Engineering and\nConsulting, Inc. to extend the project completion to December 31, 2024, and increase the\nagreement amount by $162,415, for the California Street and Redlands Boulevard Intersection\nWidening Project, and determination that these actions are exempt from environmental review\npursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the State's guidelines implementing the California Environmental\nQuality Act (Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director Harris)\n12. Approve the Equipment Rental Agreement with C5 Equipment Rentals for the 5-month rental of a D8\nDozer in the amount of $90,000, and a sole source purchase order and that approval of the rental\nagreement is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section\n15061(b)(3) of CEQA Guidelines (Facilities and Community Services Director Crocker)\n13.
