Approve the sole source purchases of the Collision Report Writer application from Crossroads\nSoftware in the amount of $39,900, and the Spillman Crossroads Accident Computer Aided Dispatch\n(CAD) Interface from Motorola Solutions in the amount of $37,612.23 for a total cost of $77,512.23\n(Police Chief Tolber)\n8.\nApprove the Agreement with CRS Redlands for $180,000, paid from the Encampment Resolution\nFunding Grant, to provide temporary shelter beds to the homeless, and determine that the\nagreement is exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15301 of the State’s Guidelines\nfor Implementing the California Environmental Quality Act (Assistant City Manager Boatman)\n9. Approve a $51,684.08 sole source purchase from Thermo Fisher Scientific, LLC for laboratory\nequipment (Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director Harris)\n10. Approve a Non-Professional Services Agreement with R&J Construction LLC for the Wastewater\nControl Building Remodel Project, in an amount not to exceed $70,000 and determine that this\nproject is exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the State's\nguidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality Act (Municipal Utilities and\nEngineering Director Harris)\n11. Approve a Cooperative Agreement with the San Bernardino County Flood Control District; and a\nSecond Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with CASC Engineering and\nConsulting, Inc. to extend the project completion to December 31, 2024, and increase the\nagreement amount by $162,415, for the California Street and Redlands Boulevard Intersection\nWidening Project, and determination that these actions are exempt from environmental review\npursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the State's guidelines implementing the California Environmental\nQuality Act (Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director Harris)\n12. Approve the Equipment Rental Agreement with C5 Equipment Rentals for the 5-month rental of a D8\nDozer in the amount of $90,000, and a sole source purchase order and that approval of the rental\nagreement is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section\n15061(b)(3) of CEQA Guidelines (Facilities and Community Services Director Crocker)\n13. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Community Works Design Group for the design of\nthe City's Sylvan Park BMX Pump Track project for an amount not to exceed $99,279, approve an\nadditional appropriation in the amount of $99,279, and determine that approval of the agreement is\nexempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15301 of the State’s Guidelines\nImplementing the California Environmental Quality Act( Facilities and Community Services Director\nCrocker)\n14. Approve the Facility Use Agreement with Civil Air Patrol, Redlands Cadet Squadron 411 at the\nRedlands Municipal Airport for a period of 5 years (Facilities and Community Services Director\nCrocker)\n15. Approve the Facility Use Agreement with the AARP Foundation for use of the Community Center\nand Joslyn Senior Center to provide tax assistance and a driver safety program to senior citizens\nand determine that approval of the agreement is exempt from environmental review pursuant to\nSection 15061 (b)(3) of the State's guidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality Act\nGuidelines (Facilities and Community Services Director Crocker)
