Approve the purchase of the real property at 5121 Myra Avenue in the amount of\n$830,000, and authorize a contingency for closing costs not to exceed $15,000; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign and finalize all documents associated with the\npurchase; and\n3. Authorize a $845,000 appropriation increase in the City Capital Projects Fund for the\npurchase; and\n4. Approve a $845,000 transfer from the Infrastructure Fund to the City Capital Projects\nFund to pay for the purchase.
