3-E. ACCEPTANCE OF SGVMWD GRANT FOR THE LIFE LINE PROGRAM\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Accepting grant funding in the amount of $50,000 from the San Gabriel Valley Municipal\nWater District (SGVMWD) for water bill assistance to low income residents;\n(2) Authorizing the City Manager to execute the Grant Agreement, in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney, with SGVMWD for this grant program;\n(3) Authorizing the Finance Department to allocate $50,000 in grant funding to the FY2023-\n2024 budget; and\n(4) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
