FY 2023-2024 MID-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Receiving and filing the FY 2023-2024 Mid-Year Financial Report;\n(2) Authorizing the increase of Committed Catastrophic-Event by $500,000 from $5.34 million\nto $5.84 million;\n(3) Authorizing an additional budget appropriation of $669,550 from various funds; and\n(4) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
