E. Awarding and Authorizing a Professional Services Agreement with NV5,\nInc. to Provide Temporary Staffing Assistance - That the City Council\nadopt Resolution 7370: 1. Awarding a Professional Services Agreement to\nNV5, Inc. in a not-to-exceed amount of $100,000 to provide temporary staffing\nassistance; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the City Manager to execute the\nAgreement; and, 3. Authorizing the City Manager to approve additional work\nrequests up to the total amount of $25,000 in connection with the Agreement.
