25. SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT (CONTINUED\nFROM JANUARY 9, 2023)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\nA. Direct staff to release the RFP for solid waste consultant services; AND\nB. Expand the scope of the ad hoc committee to work with staff throughout\nthe solid waste agreement process; AND\nC.
