PROTEST HEARING – UNPAID BRUSH CLEARANCE COSTS\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023-02: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF LA\nHABRA HEIGHTS, CALIFORNIA, CONFIRMING A REPORT OF COSTS\nINCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH THE CITY’S BRUSH CLEARANCE\nPROGRAM; CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENTS AND LIENS SET FORTH\nIN SUCH REPORT; AND DIRECTING THAT SUCH ASSESSMENTS BE\nCOLLECTED ON THE PROPERTY TAX ROLL\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\nA.
