1. Approve Professional Services Agreements, in substantial form, between the City of Anaheim\nand the Anaheim Housing Authority with four consulting firms, each in an amount not to exceed\n$200,000 per agreement, for on-call labor compliance services to support state and federally\nfunded housing and capital improvement projects each for a two year term, commencing\nFebruary 13, 2024 with two one-year optional renewals; authorize the Executive Director of the\nAnaheim Housing Authority, or designee, to execute, implement, and administer the\nagreements; and authorize de minimis changes that do not substantially change the terms and\nconditions of the agreement as determined by the Office of the City Attorney (Comprehensive\nHousing Services, Inc.; GCAP Services, Inc.; Opportunity Marketing Group, Inc.; and Willdan\nEngineering) [related to City Council Agenda Item No. 13].\nCONSENT CALENDAR:
