13. Approve Professional Services Agreements, in substantial form, between the City of Anaheim\nand the Anaheim Housing Authority with four consulting firms, each in an amount not to exceed\n$200,000 per agreement, for on-call labor compliance services to support state and federally\nfunded housing and capital improvement projects each for a two year term, commencing\nFebruary 13, 2024 with two one-year optional renewals; authorize the Director of the Housing\nand Community Development Department, or designee, to execute, implement, and administer\nthe agreements; and authorize de minimis changes that do not substantially change the terms\nand conditions of the agreement as determined by the Office of the City Attorney\n(Comprehensive Housing Services, Inc.; GCAP Services, Inc.; Opportunity Marketing Group,\nInc.; and Willdan Engineering) [related to Housing Authority Item No.1].
