11. NOTICE INVITING BIDS: MEN'S RESTROOM REMODEL AT THE ALHAMBRA CITY\nYARD PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING – F2M20-66, N2M24-19\nThe Alhambra City Yard is a multi-functional facility located at 900 S. New Avenue. The\nrestrooms in the Public Works building are in need of renovation and repairs. In addition\nto retrofitting for ADA compliance, the City plans to install water efficient fixtures, energy\nefficient lighting, a janitorial closet, and needed repairs to the facilities.\nRecommended Action: City Council authorize staff to circulate a Notice Inviting Bids\nto prospective contractors for the Men’s Restroom Remodel Project at the Alhambra City\nYard Public Works building; and, direct staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize\nthe Council’s action.
