15. Approve an agreement with Blue Accessibility Consultants, LLC, in an amount not to exceed\n$223,665 per year, to provide professional consulting services related to the American with\nDisabilities Act (ADA) for a one year period with three one-year optional extensions; and\nauthorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to execute the agreement, related\ndocuments, including any extensions, and to take the necessary actions to implement and\nadminister the agreement.
