13. NOTICE OF COMPLETION: INSTALLATION OF LED LIGHTING AND CONTROL LINK\nAT THE ALHAMBRA DRIVING RANGE – F2M23-63, C2M23-70, M2M24-22\nOn August 28, 2023, the City Council awarded a contract to Musco Lighting LLC to install\nLED Lighting and a Control-Link at the Alhambra Driving Range in the amount of\n$142,668.25. There were no change orders to the project. Staff have inspected this\nproject, and all work has been completed in accordance with the City’s requirements and\nspecifications. As such, it would be appropriate for the City Council to accept this project\nas complete.\nRecommended Action: City Council accept the work of Musco Lighting LLC for the\ninstallation of LED Lighting and Control-Link at the Alhambra Driving Range as complete\nin the amount of $142,668.25; direct the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the\nCounty of Los Angeles for recordation; instruct the Finance Director to release the 5\npercent retention 35 days from the date of recordation if no liens are filed; and, direct staff\nto undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
