20. RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM ratifying and approving the actions of the Director of Community Services, or\ndesignee, in submitting an application for grant funds to the California State Library for the\nHaskett Makerspace and Media Lab Project and authorizing the acceptance of such funding on\nbehalf of the City and amending the budget accordingly, and determining that these actions are\nexempt from The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Guideline Section\n15306 (grant funds in the amount of $300,000).
