9. Waive the sealed bid requirement of Council Policy 4.0 and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or\ndesignee, to issue a purchase order to BOLDplanning Inc., in the amount of $65,428 plus\napplicable tax, to develop a web based software platform, provide annual maintenance, and\nlicensing for Anaheim Fire and Rescue; authorize the Purchasing Agent to revise the contract\namount for ongoing costs, as needed, for future contract renewal years, in accordance with\nyearly budget appropriations; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the\nSoftware License Agreement.
