19. RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM authorizing the Public Works Director or his designee to submit a grant\napplication on behalf of the City of Anaheim to the Orange County Transportation Authority for\nfunding under the M2 Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization program for Kraemer Boulevard\nCorridor Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program (RTSSP) Project, and if awarded,\nauthorizing the acceptance of such grant funds on behalf of the City and amending the budget\naccordingly; and determining that this resolution is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15004(b)(4), 15060(c)(2)-(3), 15061(b)(3), 15352(a),\nand 15378(b) of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations (grant funds in the estimated\namount of $523,150; local match of $130,787).
