Approve Budget Transfers that allocate the FY 2022-23 Unassigned General\nFund Balance of $202,840, and;\n3. Approve a General Fund allocating the remaining FY 2022-23 Unassigned\nGeneral Fund Balance of $4,089,702 towards vehicle purchases, the Smith\nPark Turf Replacement, and Measure AB Revenue Replacement.
